Demand analysis

Wiring system includes internal and external distribution network, production distribution network, classified distribution network, object pipe distribution network, weak current system distribution network.


6 types of non-shielding systems should be used in the external office network, and 6 types of shielding systems should be used in the internal network. Low-smoke halogen-free cables should be used for cables of densely staffed integrated wiring systems.


The main cable in the building and the main cable in the park should meet the requirement of 10 megabits or more computer network to set up the main cable.


In public area or large space area, information points should be configured to satisfy wireless LAN access.


Introduction to integrated wiring system


Integrated wiring is a modular and highly flexible information transmission channel within or between buildings. Through it, voice equipment, data equipment, switching equipment and all kinds of control equipment can be connected with the information management system. At the same time, the integrated wiring of these equipment and external communication network can be connected. It also includes all cables and associated connecting parts between the connection points of the building's external network or telecommunication lines and the application system equipment. Integrated wiring consists of components of different series and specifications, including: transmission media, related connection hardware (such as distribution frame, connector, socket, plug, adapter) and electrical protection equipment. These components can be used to build subsystems that have specific USES, are easy to implement, and can be upgraded smoothly as requirements change.

Product selection and configuration




The information point panel of the workspace subsystem and the general office adopts the type 86 double-hole panel and single-hole panel (CF8601/ cf8602-h). Leading the office, conference room and other areas recommended to use tongfang plug; In order to guarantee the transmission performance, the jumper connected with the active equipment adopts six kinds of non-shielded jumper from the original factory of sager.


The data and voice transmission of the horizontal subsystem all adopt 6 types of 4 pairs of unshielded twisted pair wires (CC71004) for flexible use of functional conversion.


In the subsystem of management, 24 non-shielded distribution racks (CP21024) with 6 types of data were used. Six types of 24-port unshielded distribution frames (CP21024) were used on the horizontal side of speech, and 110 jumpers (cp110w2-50) were used on the main side of speech. Through 1 pair of duck beak -RJ45 finished jumper jumper is bonded to 6 types of 24-port unshielded distribution frame and 110 voice distribution frame. The optical system adopts tongfang 24-port rack type fiber distribution frame, and the fiber end connection between the LC coupler and LC fiber jumper and tail fiber is completed. Vertical subsystem. The data backbone adopts 12-core indoor multi-mode optical cable (fc600-12mit3), which is laid from the equipment room of the building to the weak current room of each floor. Large logarithmic communication cable (optional according to the actual number of voice points, 25/50/100 pairs) is used for the main voice line. From the equipment of the building to the management room of each floor.


Among the equipment, the optical system adopts the sig 24-port rack type fiber distribution frame, the sig LC coupler and the sig LC fiber jumper and tail fiber to complete fiber end connection; 110 jumpers (cp110w2-50) are used on the side of the voice trunk. The cabinet adopts 600*800*2000 sager cabinet (tfjg-42u-608bm).


In the subsystem of the building complex, the main data of each building is composed of 24 multi-mode optical cables (fc610-24sov) outside the same square, and the main voice is composed of 50 pairs or 100 pairs of large logarithmic cables outside the same square.
